Todd Moser is a Principal Consultant and Fractional CFO at LCS Forensic Accounting & Advisory, bringing over 30 years of experience in financial management, transaction advisory, and corporate finance. A seasoned financial executive, Todd has successfully led the financial and operational aspects of multiple IPOs, debt restructurings, and acquisitions with integrations. His expertise includes financial forecasting, due diligence, business unit integration, and internal control remediation, making him an invaluable resource for companies undergoing complex financial transitions.

 

Before joining LCS, Todd held leadership roles across a variety of industries, including construction, chemicals, industrial services, distribution, healthcare, and retail. He has served as CFO, VP of Finance, and Chief Accounting Officer for both public and private companies, where he managed financial reporting, banking relationships, and compliance initiatives. His career foundation was established at Deloitte, where he gained extensive Big Four experience in audit and financial reporting.
