Olya Lumelleau is a Partner at LCS Forensic Accounting & Advisory (LCS), where she has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s capabilities and delivering high-quality financial due diligence services since becoming a shareholder in 2020. With a strong foundation in public accounting and financial advisory, Olya brings extensive expertise in financial analysis, transaction advisory, and Quality of Earnings (QoE) assessments.

 

Before joining LCS, she gained valuable managerial and accounting experience in the construction industry, providing her with a practical, hands-on understanding of financial operations and reporting. Today, she manages clients with over $1 billion in assets under management, guiding investors and business owners through critical financial diligence processes to support sound decision-making in mergers and acquisitions.

Olya specializes in Commercial Construction, Healthcare, and Manufacturing, offering tailored financial diligence solutions to identify key risks, assess financial stability, and validate earnings quality. In addition to her work at LCS, Olya serves as a board member for a private commercial HVAC and refrigeration platform company, where she provides financial oversight and strategic guidance to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency.
